Taking a shot at flagship Government policy pushing private rental, the report – from Radian and the Housing and Finance Institute – calls for more of the £44bn of the housing budget to be prioritised for social renting and first-time buyers as part of a national 'action plan' that includes a new Housing Delivery Commission."
