Rent caps could help coastal towns all at sea - The Times

"Rent controls should be introduced in Britain's poorest seaside towns to reverse years of deprivation, improve housing and boost a coastal renaissance. The Housing and Finance Institute has said a "fair value rents regime", putting a cap on prices, would repair housing markets in coastal communities."
