Adele Gritten

Adele Gritten became Chief Executive of Local Partnerships in November 2022. Before this, she led Economic Development and Commercial Investments at South Cambridgeshire District Council, where she oversaw £43M in COVID-19 grants and delivered a five-year investment strategy. Her work also supported Enterprise Zones, High Street regeneration and regional business development.

Adele is a seasoned board-level executive and currently serves as a non-executive director of S4C, the Welsh-language public service broadcaster. She was appointed to this role by the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in 2021.

She brings over two decades of leadership experience across public and private sectors, with a strong background in research, strategy and economic development.
