The HFi Hosts the Guangzhou Human Resources and Society Security Bureau

Today, the HFi received a Chinese delegation from Guangzhou Human Resources and Society Security Bureau. The delegation travelled to the UK to understand 'implementing the capacity of construction and development for the affordable housing system'.

HFi board members, Natalie Elphicke and Rob Beiley, both gave presentations to the delegation. Natalie's presentation revolved around the fundamentals of housing in Britain; the way it is structured; financing; and its controversies. Rob presented on financing, in particular, housing association finance.

We would also like to thank Places for People who kindly arranged a tour for the delegation at their site in Milton Keynes.
